I am delighted to share the remarkable progress our organization has achieved over the past year in our annual Pathfinder Village Management Report. Being part of Pathfinder Village’s mission continues to be an honor, as we foster a vibrant and forward-thinking community that values each individual and empowers lives of meaning and independence.

With The Farmstead Market & Community Center, it has truly been a joy to watch the progress of construction unfold, with each new milestone bringing excitement and anticipation for what’s to come. I am deeply grateful to be surrounded by so many dedicated professionals, whose passion and skills make every step of this journey both rewarding and inspiring. Coming this fall, The Farmstead will open as a core part of our Vocational & Employment Services at Pathfinder Village, supporting our belief that meaningful work and daily engagement are essential to a fulfilling life.
