Otsego Academy is located at Pathfinder Village, a 300-acre planned community supporting individuals with Down syndrome and other intellectual disabilities. The Village is modeled after early American colonial settlements, and includes a bakery, produce market, and country inn which are all accessible to the local population as well.

Students at the Academy will enjoy the benefits of living in this community, including walking trails and special events at the historic pavilion, as well as access to a variety of educational and leisure activities in the surrounding community.
